Renton track practice will begin on Monday, March 21st at 3:00-4:00. Be sure to bring a water bottle, appropriate shoes, and dress for the weather.
If you do not have a physical on file from a fall/winter sport make sure you get it in before we start. Physical forms are available on Team App and in the school office and must be turned into the Renton secretary.

For home meets, we are responsible for providing timers and field event workers and will need parent volunteers. Field events begin at 4:00pm and running events at 4:30pm for all dual meets.
There will be bus transportation for weekday away meets. There is no bus transportation for weekend events.
If you haven’t been doing any activity, now is the time to start to help prevent injuries. You should be introducing running/cardio activity back into your program at least three times a week. You can visit the Drills tab on Team App as well.
